Spoke to management they said it was policy and offered no apology for the inconvenience. I agree with other reviewers the front desk and hotel customer service needs improvement they need to understand that the customer comes first and that they are spending alot of money to stay/gamble there! Had very frustrating check-in issue wife forgot her driver's license and even though I identified her and myself, they would not accept it or any other form of ID (reservation was for me but in her name). Compared to original tower, new tower's rooms are slightly better but fairly equal in my opinion (have stayed in both). Nicely done bath with tiled shower and rainfall shower head. I had great view of the new pool area (see pics) which will be great come next summer! Room amenities include flat screen TV, desk with IP/USB connections, lounge chair, good size mini fridge, microwave, safe, hair dryer, iron&board, clock radio.
Very comfortable, quiet room with contemporary styled furniture.
